Our proposals are detailed room by room, stick by stick, so you know exactly what you’re getting and where it’s going. There is no mystery to our prices and more importantly no surprises. We even provide trim sample mock-up boards to ensure we’ve captured your vision, which confirms that we’ve met the builders, architect, and homeowners wishes and preferences. Our precise measurements and calculations typically lower consumption 10-15% of a drive-by takeoff. This also helps to eliminates short fall and the installer waiting around for additional product to arrive. USAM rep's are physically present to walk the job to confirm location, support installation, adjust if necessary, and answer questions. |

Our highly trained skilled professionals adhere to an installation schedule and organize product on complimentary job site trim racks tagged and separated by product type and profile, which are designed to reduce building site damage. Clearly separating us and our materials from the competition.

This is when you get to sit back and let us do the work!We solve complex issues and challenges before they occur because we meet with the installer to provide direct, technical expertise before the job begins. We conduct a walk through to review the trim and door schedule, which eliminates any unnecessary calls and trips for the builder as a go-between. Your project stays on time and on budget.

Your job isn't done, nor is ours.At this phase of the project we lower the total cost with quick resolution to any punch list items, or pickups. We follow-up and follow through until the entire millwork project’s completion to ensure all expectations are met.
